The challenge
Husni operates at the top end of the Dubai market, across Evolutions and D&B Properties under Bayari Investments. The problem was not awareness in the room. It was the search result and the inbox. When someone Googled what he specialises in, he wasn't the first name. And his audience, a real list of investors and buyers, had no consistent reason to keep hearing from him between deals.
Paid ads weren't the answer. An individual can't outspend developers and the big brokerages, and ad leads tend to be low intent. Our read was simple: win the organic result, then own the relationship through email. That's the whole basis of real estate lead generation in Dubai the way we do it.
